My journey into Product Design began with a curiosity about how thoughtful technology could simplify human experiences. With a background in Business Administration from York University and specialized training in UX Design and AI through Google and DeepLearning.AI, I've translated my education into real-world impact—launching intuitive digital experiences that people trust and enjoy. At MindEase, I leveraged AI-driven UX and iterative testing to boost user engagement by 25%, and as the Founding Product Designer at RYI, I designed a platform that improved conversion rates by 40% through rigorous user research and accessible design. I thrive when collaborating cross-functionally, turning complex insights into seamless products that not only solve problems but also delight users. I'm excited to continue creating user-centered designs at the intersection of innovation and empathy.
