I'm Alina, a product designer who turns complex problems into experiences people actually enjoy using. As the founding designer at RYI, I built a social trust platform from zero to launch, owning everything from user research to shipped product. The result: a 40% lift in conversion rates driven by research-backed design decisions. At MindEase, I designed AI-driven mental health experiences that boosted engagement by 25%.

I'm drawn to the messy middle of design, the space between a vague user pain point and a polished interface where the real problem-solving happens. I bring user research rigor, systems thinking, and a bias toward shipping.
